- Manage client’s business strategy and hiring needs, keeping them informed on accurate compensation scales and market trends

- Develop job descriptions and post on all social networking sites, job boards, and other available Web sources

- Recruit, interview and qualify potential candidates, check references, present to hiring managers and coordinate interviews,

   provide candidate follow-up and feedback, negotiate and extend employment offer packages

 

Business Development

 

- Generate and develop client base, provide consulting and staffing services to various-sized organizations throughout Texas

- Develop consultant relationships for long/short term contract positions, including permanent placement

- Gather necessary job requisitions to place qualified consultants and facilitate job requisition information to the recruiting team

- Responsible for Business Planning, Financial Projections/Forecasting and growing client base

- Job Requisition Management / Database Management
